Terms & Conditions

Third party sales of Irish National Stud & Gardens entry tickets is prohibited. E-tickets cannot be purchased using vouchers.

Issue of e-tickets

When your booking has been confirmed your tickets will be dispatched via email to the email you specified on booking.
It is your responsibility to check prior to your purchase that the info you have supplied to us in respect of your e-ticket requirements is accurate.
The Irish National Stud & Gardens are only responsible for issuing e-tickets in accordance with the information you provide.

Ticket Purchase and Validity

Once purchased the date for which the e-ticket has been purchased cannot be changed.
Payments for e-tickets are non-refundable.
E-tickets bought are only valid for the date and session booked.

On arrival, the following will be required in order to validate an e-ticket purchased through the Irish National Stud & Gardens website:

1.  Appropriate proof of entitlement to any discounted ticket i.e. valid annual pass card

2.  A legible version of your e-ticket which will be scanned on entry (email or printed)

3.  The Irish National Stud & Gardens reserves the right to charge the normal event rate to anyone not able to validate their e-ticket in the above manner.

 

Definition of Classes

An Adult is a person aged from 17 years old

A Child is a person aged from 0 years old to 16 years old. Children will not be permitted entry without an adult. A child 3 years and under are admitted free of charge

A student requires to hold a valid student card.

A senior is a person aged 65 years and older

 

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations.

 

Resale

Third-party sales of Irish National Stud & Gardens entry tickets are prohibited.

No e-ticket may be resold without written consent of the Irish National Stud & Gardens. If any person attempts to enter with an e-ticket that has been resold without the Irish National Stud & Gardens written consent, the Irish National Stud & Gardens may refuse entry and no compensation is payable to that person by the Irish National Stud & Gardens.

 

Season Ticket Holders 

Use of the season ticket card implies agreement with the terms and conditions posted on the Irish National Stud & Gardens website.

A season ticket pass entitles the cardholder to free entry to the Irish National Stud & Gardens when it is open to the public, subject to availability and in line with public health guidelines. A pass is valid for one year from date of purchase.

 

·        The family pass covers free entry to the grounds once per day for: Passholder + 1 adult + up to 4 children (3 to 16 years)

·        The two adult pass covers free entry to the grounds once per day for: Passholder + 1 adult

·        The individual adult pass covers free entry to the grounds once per day: Passholder

Please note any extra individuals will be charged at the appropriate rate.

ONLY THE NAMED PERSON CAN USE THEIR SEASON TICKET HOLDER PASS. THE CARD HOLDER MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES. THE CARD IS NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any card holder and in the interests of the public, to require guests to leave the grounds at any time. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Any card that is being used by someone other than the passholder and is deemed to be in breach of the terms and conditions will be retained by the Irish National Stud & Gardens and the cardholder contacted. It is strongly advised that season ticket holders pre-book their visit via the website www.irishnationalstud.ie to guarantee their visit. Loss of season ticket holder cards should be immediately notified. Season ticket holder pass cards are the property of the Irish National Stud & if found should be posted to the Irish National Stud, Tully, Kildare, R51KX25. Loss of cards should be immediately notified.

 

Attraction Rules

It is prohibited to take any of the following into Irish National Stud & Gardens:

Any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, blades, flammable liquids, balloons, portable BBQ's, drones, or other articles that cause injury.

Dogs are allowed on site but are required to be on a leash at all times.
